FAQ

FAQ

Will the height of the tallest part of the scheme impact privacy on neighbouring homes?

The proposed development has been set back to ensure it does not impact neighbouring properties.

It has been designed specifically so there is no overlooking to immediate neighbours.

What impact will the tallest part of the scheme have on daylight and sunlight on neighbouring homes?

The proposed extensions to the building have been specifically designed to mitigate the impact on the closest neighbouring properties on Bridge Close.

In terms of Wesley Square, the proposed extension is too far away to have an impact on daylight / sunlight and has been successfully accessed by the standard Building Research Establishment (BRE) Guidelines.

What impact will the scheme have on parking and traffic congestion?

In line with both Local and London policy, new developments must be car free to encourage use of sustainable transport methods such as the local bus network, tube and cycling.

All new residents and businesses will be made aware that this is a car free development and they will not be able to get a local parking permit. 1 disabled car parking space will be provided.

Deliveries to future residents and businesses will take place in line with the existing format on Bridge Close.
